Constance “Connie” M. (Lynch) Wingard, age 86, passed away on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 in North Attleboro. She was the wife of the late William A. Wingard and daughter of the late David and Marjorie (Cromwell) Lynch.
Connie was born in Boston on December 24, 1930 and was raised in East Boston. She was a graduate of Fitton Catholic High School in East Boston. She and William (Bill) were married in Boston on November 26, 1955. She was a resident of Foxborough for nearly 47 years and more recently in North Attleboro where she lived with her daughter Cheryl and her family for several years.
She was a bookkeeper for many years for Linda Mae’s Restaurants, Fosters Construction of Sharon and Hotel 128 in Dedham. She enjoyed cake decorating, crocheting and was an avid bingo player. She enjoyed her trips to Foxwoods but she was most happy when spending time with her loving family.
Beloved mother of Janet Mooney and her late husband Jeff of North Attleboro, Cheryl McKim and her partner Robert Amadon of North Attleboro and Dana Fortier and her husband Steven of Saco, ME. Loving grandmother of Jeffery Mooney, Jarrett Mooney and his wife Elizabeth, Kevin McKim, Gregory McKim, Kaitlyn Naylor and her husband Brian, Matthew McKim and Hannah Fortier. Sister of the late David and Joan Lynch.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend calling hours on Tuesday, August 8, from 4-8 PM at the Roberts and Sons Funeral Home, 30 South St., Foxborough. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10 AM at St. Mary’s Church, 58 Carpenter St., Foxborough. Interment to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Foxborough.
